By choosing to participate in any Soul Care Mom coaching and mentorship programs you agree to the following Coaching and Mentorship Disclaimer & Waiver.

 
All coaching and mentorship services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Catherine Wilde, (your “Coach”),  as well as information set forth on this website (soulcaremom.com) are meant to help you find clarity and move towards your vision of motherhood through introspection and self care. However, coaching and mentorship is not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor. Coaching and mentorship may augment your therapy, but the work of coaching and mentorship is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds and traumas are already healing or healed.
 
In that spirit, by purchasing coaching and/or mentorship services from your Coach, you confirm that you have read and agree to each statement and that you wish to proceed:
 
  • As a participant in this coaching program, I confirm my understanding of the nature and method of the coaching I will receive. I am aware that coaching is not psychological counseling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.
  • I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from my Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that my Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional.
  • I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of receiving coaching services. I understand that the primary purpose of this coaching is to support me in achieving my personal and professional goals. I acknowledge that the success of the coaching process depends on my commitment and participation.
  • I understand that my Coach is committed to providing the highest level of service. Part of maintaining this service quality involves the Coach taking one week off every four weeks. This period allows for rest and rejuvenation, ensuring that the Coach can continue to provide support effectively. I acknowledge and accept this scheduling arrangement as part of our coaching agreement.
  • I understand that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry and that my Coach is not licensed by the State of Texas or any other state.  I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by my Coach will be considered to be provided in the State of Texas.
  • I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
  • I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
  • I understand that all comments and ideas offered by my Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to my coach to assist me in achieving such goals.
  • I understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, my Coach is not promising outcomes included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability, and/or business success.

  • I understand that no refunds will be given on any coaching and/or mentorship sessions or packages.

  • I understand that all sessions and packages must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of purchase date. Any unused sessions will be forfeited, with no refund.
  • I understand that I must give at least 48 hours notice in order to reschedule. And I can reschedule up to two times. After two rescheduling attempts my session will be forfeited, with no refund. I can reschedule one-time for a Discovery Session before my session will be forfeited, with no refund.
  • I understand that if I do not give notice and do not show up for a session my session will be forfeited, with no refund.
  • I understand that if I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken. Furthermore, if my Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, she will do so to the extent the law requires.
  • I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, Telegram, Vectera, Voxer, or Google Voice and other technology.
  • I understand that being a part of this container I am also consenting to allow the sharing of  insights, wins and testimonials, etc. in marketing. 
  • I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge my Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that may arise out of acts or omissions by myself or by my Coach as a result of the advice given by my Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching and/or mentorship relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
