Those uncomfortable messages are leading you to the life you desire, Mama.
So be still and hold space to allow your beautiful emotions to be expressed.
Allow for Your Feelings
Tears can be cleansing.
Allow yourself to laugh, cry, and simply be with your emotions.
When you regularly practice emotional self care and listen to the messages of your emotions, you are better able to care for your needs and fill your cups so you can be the mom you want to be.
On the other side of those messages lives the transformation, the healing, and joy.
